Should I ever land in NYC again, this would be the only hotel I would consider, purely for the views on Manhattan! You just can't get enough of it and every day/night brings you a different but equally stunning perspective, depending on sun/clouds etc. The hotel itself is well kept, with polite and helpful staff running it. It is 10 mins journey (to NYC) on the bus and the bus stop is just outside (bus tip: on the way to NYC you can get a ticket from the driver however on the way back, you have to have your ticket purchased before you board the bus, you will not be allowed otherwise, $4 per head-one way). We found that the buses were never on time but they run roughly every 15 mins. Our room (for 3) was spacious and had all we needed for our stay! There is an Italian restaurant on site, serving pizza. We had our first breakfast there too and it was ok. There is a big supermarket 5 mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Very clean, great location and a stunning view. Getting to Manhattan was super easy as the bus stop from right next to the hotel and takes about 15 minutes to Port Authority Bus Terminal near Times Square. Also the ferry is right next to the hotel if you prefer that instead of the bus. It's US$ 9 per person (in one direction) at the time of writing this review. Bus is about US$ 3 or 4 per trip, per person if I remember correctly. Parking was great and easily accessible with in and out privileges. It's about a 20-30 minute drive to the Liberty State Park if you're visiting the Statue of Liberty. Get the room with a view. It was only about ~US$ 30 more for us, but so worth it. You get to see the Manhattan skyline in all its glory, and it's amazing.

Stayed in late August. We booked room with a very beautiful view to Manhattan. Clean room, everyday cleaning. Good and calm location. There is a ferryboat stop-next to hotel and you can easely get to Manhattan, but should buy tickets online or in terminals, they dont receive cash. AC can be regulated by you, even you can swich off it if you feel cold. Coffee machine with coffee things, complementary bottles of water, 24 hour reception. We were 3 people, we had 1 king bed and a sofa that can be transferred into a bed-that was nice and a bit money saving for family staying with kids. Bed and pillows were clean and soft. 2 big tv sets. We had complementary free wifi. Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located. It's in New Jersey but with excellent communication with Midtown in Manhattan. The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel but there is also a ferry that is also very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, we have received a Manhattan view on the 9th floor at no additional costs. The beds are comfy, you can grab a coke from the vending machine on each floor. It's an old hotel but well maintained so we were enjoying our stay from the beginning to the end. We have booked well in advance for 11 nights, so got a way better price than the regular one.

Friendly staff, outstanding views and a clean room. We read some negative reviews about location and accessibility but we actually found the location to be a benefit - nice and quiet out of Manhattan yet still easily accessible by ferry (up to 9.30PM) or bus (runs late into the night and takes less than 10 minutes). We will stay here again.
